Could you guys give your personal definition of a mary-sue? I have been taking mary-sue tests for my character and the say that my character isn't a mary-sue and she doesn't have traits of one but awhile ago I posted a journal asking for tips and asking if she is a mary-sue and you guys said yes she has traits of a mary-sue and she needs to be adjusted. So that made me think maybe people have different definitions for a mary-sue. So if you guys can tell me your definition, it would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hey guys! It's been awhile and I'm sorry the first thing I post is a rant but this has to be done.
Ok! So I've been on this site for about 5 years and I never thought that this would happen so much. So I keep getting accused of stealing someone's character. Most, if not all the time, I've never heard of the character that I supposedly stole. Mind you I'm normally very active in the fandoms I'm in, in order to avoid these types of situations overall.
